Todd at Clear Bar WI just did my Hot Wheels and I am really impressed with how he flawlessly seamed it to the stripes. I had the front fascia, hood, in front of the rear tires, mirrors, door handle cups and door edges.

The is the third Camaro he’s done for me with a 13 ZL1 and 16 2SS before. I had the front fenders done on the ZL1 but didn’t think it was needed when I did the next two.

I had A Shop do mine in Eau Claire. Did only 1/3 way up on the hood across the stripes.
Makes the stripes look glossy and then more Matte rest of way up the hood. They wait till I pick it up to tell me.

Doesn't bother so far but would have rather had it seemed at the stripes.

love the product though.

Hi Tim,

My brother had only 1/3 of the hood done on his Corvette so there is a visible seam that would bother me. For that reason I had the full hood done on all three of the Camaros.

I assumed I’d have to take the stripes off and reply them on top of the Xpel but Todd said it isn’t a problem to seam it. The end result is perfect.

Clear Bra Wisconsin is on the South side of Milwaukee. I’m not far, in Franklin on the City’s boarder.

Allen who is "Becks Lines" near Fredonia did my ZL1. He does a great job for a reasonable price compared to most others I talked to in the area.
