I would make sure that the leather isn't super thick, but go for it pretty simple if you have questions you ask me and I'll do my best to help you out.

Looks amazing, I have the same Grey plastic. Are the dash pieces hard to take out or did you apply the red suede with the dash pieces attached?

They're pretty simple to remove, I used a flathead screwdriver to start then just pull. I found it easier to start right by the cluster.
