Here has been my experience.

I placed my order and paid for 2nd day shipping. The website said the parts were IN STOCK. I called them for 4 days straight to see about going down to pick the parts up instead of having them shipped. I only ever got a voice mail. On the 5th day I got a return call. The woman who called me said another order came in before mine (not sure why the website says in stock if another order was placed before me).

My order arrived 4 days later, was very poorly packaged and was missing some pieces. I called them to ask for the missing pieces. They said they would ship them out the following business day. That was three weeks ago. The missing pieces have not arrived!

I decided to purchase the missing pieces from my local dealer. When I went to do the install, it turns out the morons at PartsTaxi.com not only forgot to send me all the pieces I needed but sent me TWO left side mud flaps instead of one left and one right.

Again I called them three days in a row. I have left voice messages and have heard nothing back.

I recommend staying as far from these people as possible.

As it turns out this is actually a GM dealer in Deleware named Lewes Auto Mall in Lewes, DE.

Very dissatisfied with this experience, and given the repeated behavior I find it hard to believe this is unique to me.

On the opposite end, I HIGHLY recommend using Gen5diy.com (Ofer/2SSRS) and GMPartshouse.


I placed both orders over the phone and did the following:

Gen5DIY: All hardware, mounting bolts, clips, and cutting template
GM Partshouse: actual pieces, splash shields, etc

I needed both on really short notice to be done before the fest, and both packages will arrive today and tomorrow so I can do it on the weekend.

Thanks vroomapunk. I will definitely look into those site for future purchases. Gen5DIY is where I got my template from.
