2022 Camaro update from Il.
I was at my dealer this morning to ask about my Camaro again. So fast since they started up again about 3,500 basic cars are built in basic colors white black like that. with in 400 miles of here 10 go to dealer with high sales. There are 12, 2021 waiting for chips, their high options. 3 have invoice numbers. Only 1 SS white convertible 2022 has a invoice. They just started painting Rapid Blue today. Most are sitting outside in GM lots. Hope that helps some.

Rapid blue is an ugly color...IMHO....

Well that's the beauty of having multiple color offerings. Everyone can find something they like.
When I ordered mine, I wanted to at least consider buying a blue one, but I couldn't convince myself to buy Riverside Blue because I didn't like it. Too much purple color in anything other than bright sunlight. Same problem with the Garnet Red and (to lesser degree Wild Cherry) - awesome red in some lighting conditions, but orangey brown in others. Hyper Blue was definitely better, but alas, not offered anymore. If Rapid Blue had been available in 2021 models, I would have had a hard time choosing between it and Red. I really like Rapid blue on a 1LE |

You mean this blue on the C8? Not too bad, not for me, but not so nasty IMO. Everyone is entitled to make their own choice.
Would I own anything in this color? No. Still doesn't look awful to me. (Last summer, friend dropped by right after taking delivery) |

Rapid Blue on a Camaro. I think its pretty cool how the color changes within different light and overcast. The Shock color, I was excited for it but seeing everyday I couldn't do that color for a long time.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I have loved the color since I saw it on the C8. I'm super excited to see my car for the first time.
