Anyone have this kind of hideaway plate frame?
Hey, I'm trying to get this license plate frame wired up, but it seems like I'm going to have to drill right behind the center of the frame to feed in the wire from behind my bumper cover.
Has anyone else found a clear route to take when feeding this in? Thoughts and input are appreciated. http://a.co/d/4yCkZuG This is a picture of the image posted on amazon in the link above Last edited by Back To Pray; 10-26-2018 at 09:45 PM. |

"to protect your license plate from theft and dust or debris".
Do we all agree that it is to hide your plate to do some illegal stuff and avoiding tolls??

I wired it up! No longer slamming the trunk lid on the wire.
I made it work this past weekend
I removed a tail light cover Fed it down and pulled it from under the rear Drilled a hole in the center and brought it out My dealer butchered my rear bumper (so did I) when installing my plate originally But no one well ever see it I think I may re-center it some time soon As I aligned it with the backup camera instead of the center of the vehicle Last edited by Back To Pray; 10-30-2018 at 01:11 AM. |
