Can I replace an eagle f1 with an all season tire?
My driver side rear tire has some sidewalk damage and can’t be patched. The rest of my tires have a good 8-10K miles left, but I planned on replacing them with all seasons as I don’t do any racing and the ride is a little better. Can I replace it with an all season without any issues or do I need to get another summer tire?

Don’t mix tires. Buy another summer tire or buy 4 all season tires and have them mounted and put on your Camaro! That’s my advice.

Of course you can. Look at Michelin's all seasons. I drive their 4S summer tire year round in Denver but NOT on ice or snow

You can mix tires front/rear just not on the same axle, you ruin one tire and you're typically on the hook for 2 depending on wear on the remaining tire on that axle

Replace 2, the tire company will not want to just put 1 different tire on reduces handling.

I'll never understand why GM put the F1 on this car unless they assumed every buyer would trailer the car and only use it at the track, which makes no sense. The F1 is the most dangerous tire I've ever driven on the street.

I don't know where you live, so I don't know how much in need of all-season (or outright winter) capability you need.
But I will tell you that I'm more than a little uneasy about summer tires up front and all-seasons out back. Even more so if you're only going to replace the one rear tire. Your cars handling is going to shift toward oversteer even if you do manage to keep your right foot out of it. It's just the nature of an all-season tire to run at higher slip angles than a summer performance tire. As a very short term or emergency "solution", you can get away with replacing one rear tire just like you could run a spare tire until you can properly deal with the damaged regular road tire. Emphasis is on "very short term or emergency" here. If you're going to replace both rear tires, and you already have a preference for all-season tires (doesn't matter what that reason is, only that you have one) . . . you might as well spring for all four. You'll be buying peace of mind, plus what you want your car's tires to be better at. Norm

Not that Chevy or GM should be held responsible for their tire choices not being appropriate for a car modified for greater power. Though "squeezed not stomped" does go a long way as far as normal throttle use is concerned. Norm

To clarify, the 2SS that the poster has comes with 300 treadwear Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 ROF (runflat) summer tires. Your ZL1 1LE comes with 100 treadwear Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3R race tires "Utilizing polymers and resins previously only used in racing slicks" that are technically street legal but specifically designed for maximum grip on a race track at the expense of being practical on the street.

As another user noted, you bought the ZL1 1LE which was designed to be a track car that can be driven on the street. When you buy a car with actual aero, you should expect to make some compromises in street drivability. Luckily tires are fairly easy to replace, so if the ones that came on the car don't meet your needs, you can get new ones.

I would strongly suggest that if you're going all seasons to replace all 4
