Race seat electrical problems

Anybody have issues losing power mirrors with a race seat? I installed my race seat this past weekend and now my power mirror function doesn't work. I have never read about this before.

I'm pretty sure my electric mirrors work but I'll check when I get home

There is some info in the link below about C7 owners issues with mirrors not working with the seat removed. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...g-light-2.html

Hey Sean I think this has to do with the way the wiring harness on the ZL1 doors works. I had the same issue when I installed the ZL1 door panels in my 1SS 1LE. Somehow the mirrors are connected to the memory seats so two ideas:

1. Unplug the memory seat button/panel thing from the harness inside the door panel.
2. Remove the wiring harness from your stock drivers seat and plug it back up and hide it/zip tie it under the race seat (not sure if this is feasible).

I got around this by replacing the ZL1 door panel harness with my stock 1SS door harness which didn't have the memory seat buttons wired up.

Wonder if this is just a ZL1/2SS issue, maybe something to do with the memory seat function. I hope i don't lose mine this weekend when i install my seat lol
