Stabilitrack/TC at drag strip
SO....im having issues with soft launces at the drag strip. Everything off...double tap...hold for 7-10 sec...tried all modes....still consistent 1.7 at 60'. I can see in my tune that car is pulling timing as soon as I full throttle. I have a ton of tq on race fuel, 763ftlbs, and my tuner thinks the car is seeing this and adjusting the timing because everything is off??? Suggested I pull the fuses to eliminate this possibility. Anyone else run into this? Anyone pulling their Stab/TC fuses for drag racing? Do they need to be pulled and reinstalled in a certain order? Which fuses are they?

Has your TCM been tuned?
As far as fuses, in my SS model, the Stabilitrack seems to depend on the ABS fuses, F1 and F22. The power steering does not work and the dash lights up with warnings when these fuses are removed. |

It was mentioned in another group on FB that this box highlighted in red should be turned to enabled. Mine is currently disabled. Have my tuner looking into it. It is done through ECM tune, not TCM, so that’s good. Thoughts?

For you guys that have the HP Tuner set up as pictured above, are the other values in the pic the same settings as your personal tunes? Just wondering if I ENABLE IT of other values are affected.

I didn’t make a difference at all. Looks like I will need to unlock my tranny to get rid of all torque management.

That wouldn't surprise me one bit! I would have thought the power train warranty would have been blown to pieces with the mods you have done so far! Adding all that extra HP if that locked tranny fails I have a sneaky suspicion they wont be covering it! I can tell you its a PITA to remove it!! lol the entire front end of the car has to come off... just a couple screws!
