Its cause u had things unpluged with out taking the battery loose. Just reset codes if u can or they will clear after a while as long as the car runs good. Or u can take battery cable off for a bit that should reset it

Also, check bolt tightness and intake gaskets. You may have a vacuum leak.

First unplug the negative battery cable while you re-check everything. Leave it disconnected for at least 30 minutes.

It is imperative to go thru the staged tightening (1st pass, 2nd pass etc...) of your IM bolts in accurate inch/pounds increments with the MSD IM.
You must have a good in/lb torque wrench and don't forget to blue loctite the threads.
It is amazingly easy to over-tighten these bolts if you use your "time tested" dork wrench! do not go by feel!
If your codes don't clear after a power re-set, then start over and do it right or you will continue to have issues.
I really like my Tekton brand in/lb wrench. 1/4" drive with 10-150 inch pounds range https://www.amazon.com/TEKTON-TRQ211...11&sr=8-3&th=1
If you've already smashed the OE intake gaskets, replace them. And always- Have fun!

I've had my MSD with a 95mm TB in place for 2yrs now without a hiccup following this install. Enjoy!
