Hummer EV reservations top 65k, 95% of reservations convert to actual orders
I did not think people would be willing to drop 100k on the new Hummer. GM seems to have hit a home run with that thing.

There's still quite a few H2s in my neck of the woods roaming around

...and the Edition one is going for insane amounts. My reservation really has me thinking this one over. Already have a contract in front of me for 20k over my final price but they are going for mid 200's now.

The guy who paid 286K at Mecum for one with 400 miles on it is now selling for over 300k

95% of 65K is 61,750...spread over two years 2022-2023 is 2573 units a month....7720 units per quarter avg of two models, truck and SUV...(combined, almost up to current Camaro numbers)....

I guess that's a good number for a 100K plus vehicle. Not much of a dent getting EVs out there in big numbers over the next two years, but, price aside, they are sold out until 2024.

I'd be careful. Probably a very finite number of buyers willing to pay over 200K just to avoid a two or three year wait. Once Tesla and all the other trucks hit the floor, doubtful the high prices will last. A phenomenon for now, for sure. But I'd say your 20K markup reflects more of the current, or near future, market price. Good luck whatever you decide.

Agree... but 50 to 100k is definitely not out of reason. I'd also like to play with it for a bit and then sell for 20k over. Just holding on for now to see where this all goes.

GM and Honda co-developing entry-level EVs.

Might be why GM is pumping out as many EVs as possible.

Not sure if it has been mentioned yet but there will be a Silverado ZR2 Bison for 2023.

Well that's an interesting find. Again following the Colorado formula.

We've seen a few suspected spy photos:

I went to an off road show with my Colorado. Talked to the guys at the AEV booth and asked about the Silverado Bison. He said they couldn’t confirm it but smiled.
