CEL after Procharger install and Dyno

I got my car back today after having a Procharger installed running 8.77 psi on pump 91, as well as a Fire Innovations dual fuel pump system, new lines, etc. and got it dyno’d, get home, turn it off, turn it back on, and then i got a whole spew of codes and the CEL.
here are the codes:
-P0121 (I got this code 3 times)
-P0420 and P0430 (not too worried about these codes, easy fix)
-P023F
-P2098
-P0068
I have figured out what the codes are, but i am unsure why it threw them, or what the really mean. I won’t be able to get it to a tuner until Monday, and i must say i’m pretty nervous about the top code and the bottom 3 codes.
