Pretty straight forward. I did experience a couple of "watch outs" -

When you set the new sills in place to test, be careful when trying to pull them back off before final install; some of the clips engage easily and can be broken off (I broke one)

Make sure you have a good light for under the dash

Use a coat hanger to fish the harness from the driver's side

You need to pull the cover back on the wire you splice into under the dash a good amount; have a good set of wire strippers; the wire is somewhere between 20-22 guage

I love the look. It should be standard equipment.
