Throttle Body Maintenance

How do you remove the electrical connector from the throttle body? I was cleaning my TB and was afraid to break it.

If you do a search they explain. There is a tab on the bottom side of the connector you pull out...

I did a lot of searches, but wasn't finding any specific. There was a gray plastic lock, but it wasn't coming out and I didn't want to bust it using a screwdriver.
