I am Not sure what you guys are saying. That is a carefully dialed in boost ramp to maintain tq. The question, is it a good idea or just add boost across the board?

Was going to say it looked like you accomplished what you were planning to do - nice flat torque under boost. As for if it's a good idea, I'd say that depends on your chassis and knock limit.

Power under the curve is what get you down the track, so the highest torque across your operating range will give you the highest power and most acceleration - this peak torque is limited by traction or the engine knock limit. So if you can hook it, I'd run the highest torque you can everywhere...

I was bsing, you 100% flattened the tq curve at max rpm. Do you think the driving difference in track times between those two tunes would be from the flat tq or decent increase in hp in that top rpm window? itd be cool to see a back to back run.

It will be an average of 50hp higher so quicker for sure. Like I have wondered about before is that a safer way to add an average of 50 hp or would it be better to just add 2.5psi across the board?

Most people seem to agree that ramping in the boost will take me farther.

I got to make a few runs at our local track. A tnt with lots of street cars and trucks. Not a bad start. It has quite a bit more in it. Power wise once it was out of 2nd gear I have it up near 16-20psi depending on the rpm.

There is a little work I need to do on the tune, maybe get the fuel dialed in up a little higher on the map. Then give it another shot.

I only made 4 runs tonight. First run was 6.04, woohoo. Then a 5.96 and a 5.90. It is now consistently quick. I will have to look closer at
The log but I think it was 13psi launch. 19psi in 2nd and 20-22psi in 3rd and 4th. I think i could give it another 4 psi across the board.

Parish thats some serious power and those ets are crazy so those who want to do a stroker and put a blower or turbo on it should look at your numbers. Very impressive for sure. The little motor that could.

I appreciate that. I like sharing and it is good to know some people are interested.

Today did back to back runs pulling my exhaust off. There was zero effect other than much louder. No extra hp, boost. No less pre turbine pressure. Afr didn’t change. It was remarkable at how nothing changed. At least now I know I can drop that weight if I want and it won’t effect the tune.

Impressive dyno numbers to go along with the killer Ets. Congrats on a lot of work you've put in to get where your at.
