I'll admit that's not bad looking at all. Too loud for my personal tastes, but does look good.

My uploaded pictures came out terrible. They look so much better on my phone/laptop.

I saw a shock ZL1 in KCMO over the weekend. That thing made a statement. LOL

Hello all! I just picked up my 2020 Shock ZL1 last weekend. I couldn’t be more impressed with the car (my first ever sports car), however I do have a couple questions that might put things into perspective. I’ve noticed a distinct separation of color hues between any steel pieces of the body, mainly the doors and fenders, and the bumper covers front and back. Is this typical for “shock yellow” or is this common on most colors? It’s almost as if the bumper pieces were painted at a completely different facility with a slightly different color. Or is this common on all late model Camaros?

You are correct the front/rear and I believe also the lower rockers are painted separately at different facility from the rest of the vehicle.

The metallic colors are very noticeable. So much so on my car the dealer agreed repaint my front bumper no questions asked. Mine is Silver Ice Metallic.

When i had my Synergy Green it was very noticeable. But of course I am anal like that and noticed it. Nobody else did, because with different angles you get different shades and shadows

Ok super. Thanks so much for taking your time to give your input. Of course I was so excited to take delivery I didn’t question it too much to the salesman. I think I need to snap some fresh pics in the sunlight and include them. Probably this coming weekend as weather is predicted to be pretty wet the next few days. Thanh’s again.

Looking forward to seeing some photos of your Shock Camaro!

I'm trying to see about trading up to a 1LE in Shock myself.
