Weird rattling buzzing noise when accelerating

So I recently got an x pipe installed and when i started driving it i start to hear rattling, something like when someones bass is real loud you hear the metal vibrating off the car. Not sure what it is. Any suggestions on what it could be? Thanks

Was it welded or clamped together?

In that case it's really hard to say. Might want to try getting it on a lift and see if you can replicate the sound. I assume nothing else was changed on the exhaust?

Yeah nothing else changed just x pipe replacing the resonator

Gotcha. Very possible something got shifted or moved upon install, and now there's metal on metal somewhere. As long as what you're describing isn't some strange frequency or resonance from the x-pipe itself, then it seems logical that there's something rubbing or touching somewhere
