I have those falken azenis fk510s and they are sticky. I can hear pebbles flinging against the fender well. Their Y rated tires with a 300 Treadwear so they will grip and decently priced. I put them on the asanti black label 28s (20X9 fronts and 20X10.5 rears) so 245/40/20 and 275/35/20. Does not slip at all.

Never used it, but based on Tire Rack's information, it should be more than good enough, and at that price it's a steal.

If you have the RS package, don't you already have staggered wheels, 8.5" front and 9.5" rear? What is this 9" rim you mentioned?

The finished product. Thanks for the opinions and help, very happy with the results. I did end up going with Falken Fk510 275/35R20.

First impression they are much smoother then the stock GM Runflats although that's not hard to do. Never had a issue with traction but it does seem improved although it's a 275 now not a 245 so that surely helps too. I'll update again after a few thousand miles.

The nice thing about those Falkens is that they test well in wet weather, which is important for tires you plan to drive on the street. As long as you don't drive the car in temps much below freezing, you should be good. The 9" wheels are actually within the rim width recommendations for that tire. They are the narrowest they recommend, but you should be good to go there, too. You could have done a 255/35/20 as well, they'd be slightly shorter. I'm glad you didn't try using a 255/40, because at 28" it would be taller than ideal.
