Lightbulb Adding a supercharger on a Gen 5

Hi guys

Im looking for the best price on a magnuson tvs2300 for my 2010 ss v8 6 speed. Im keeping it a 9 psi.
Can you recommend a place?
Is this a good choice without having to upgrade more parts or blow the engine?
And what additional parts do i need to change apart from the injectors and fuel pump ?

Thank you

Opinions vary but 9 psi on stock internals is more than I would do.

Edelbrock sells the E-Force TVS 2300 with a complete kit including tune (for an otherwise stock engine) that pushes 8psi.

It's rated 599/547 crank for the LS3.

If you want to up it you will need a custom tune.

E-Force Supercharger Systems - Chevy Camaro SS - Edelbrock, LLC.

Am I missing the prices in that link Fred?

How have you been feeling? Any new treatments?

Edelbrock has a list of authorized resellers. IIRC, list is ~$2KUS for the complete DIY kit, but, of course, most retailers will discount that.

I had a scare in January. The Dr. took a sample and said it wasn't cancer but a form of dermatitis. Probably a result of the skin taken off my thigh to rebuild my ear. And the salve he prescribed cured it.

One look at yourself in a mirror with the top half of your ear cut off you will never forget it.

When people asked what happened I would ask if they ever heard of someone talking your ear off
Everyone laughed except my wife

Thank you for thinking of me.

Here’s a good place to start. And this whole section could have you taking out a second mortgage for a supercharger tomorrow or running away as fast as you can to keep it naturally aspirated. Happy reading...

2k?? Are you sure? Are these recommended for a 2010 ss?

There is one kit for 2010-1013 and another for '14-15 because of the hood change.
