I thought I read that you do installs in your shop. How much do you charge for that and what's the turn around time. I live near Louisville but would make a trip out. Any authorized dealer/installers near Louisville?

We don't perform installations at our facility aside from the first set for installation videos, comparison photos, and to make the installation guides. Pardon my ignorance, but what does switchback-only mean? I am new to all of this stuff.

Switchback only means you're getting only white drl's and an amber turn signal.

As another member pointed out, with switchback, you'll have a white running light with an amber turn signal, which is activated only when you are signaling. There is a built-in delay to prevent white from flashing (which would be illegal) and it "switches back" to white once the signaling has been completed.

This is really very cool and the look of the Gen 6 with these custom colors has my interest peaked. I have one question: is there any legal issue with say running red running lights? I don't mean to imply red as in pretending to be a cop, but I used that color as it is the one I would be interested in the most to complete the sinister look the GEN 6 already has from the factory. But my question is for any color other than white. Is it an excuse for a cop to pull you over? If I understand correctly these colors only apply to daytime running lights. Regular low and high beams are not affected.

Red & Blue are emergency colors, so I wouldn't recommend driving with them full-time. Our board replacements have an integrated white (hence RGBW), so you can run a true white and stay fully road legal.

Few updates:

- Switchback versions of the DRL boards and custom-shaped projector accent halos will be available for purchase September 29th. Multicolor (RGBWA) will be available a few weeks later, release date TBA.

- We will indeed have both switchback and full RGBWA versions of boards for the fog lamps as well by the end of the year. All 100% Made in USA!

Can you please describe what is meant by "custom-shaped projector accent halos"? Does custom mean the buyer designs the shape? Pictures would be great, but it sounds like they're under development.

You can see them in the pictures above, they are just not turned on. They are the semi-circle and two round accents around the projector. They utilize our new HD Halo technology, which offers a completely solid, extremely bright output. Thanks!
