I'll just add that, if OP just does headers and pairs that with the stock mid pipes & mufflers the risks I've identified about engine timing and A/F ratios is much lower (i.e. not as big of a deal if you don't tune it), but if he goes headers with full exhaust (w/ increase in diameter) then everything I mentioned above still applies.

I guess we don't really know what configuration he will have (just headers, full header back, intake, ect) I was just assuming header back...

No clue on hp/tq increases without tune, but with intakes I haven't really seen much gains on these cars without a tune because the car overcompensates and runs the car a little lean.

I've seen some places where you can get you TB ported (you buy theirs and send them your stock one to port and give to someone else), Just curious, who did you use to get the IM & TB ported?

My questions is how much hp will I roughly gain when adding the ported stuff with out a tune. And how much more power can I squeeze out if I do get it tuned. Thanks I'm still in the learning process . I'll dyno my car after the ported stuff is installed and post my results untuned .

Socal Porting! making a 2 hour drive tomorrow morning at 5 am to drop my IM and TB off so they can have it done by the end of the day. I cant afford any downtime with the car because it is my daily or else I would have shipped it lol

Here is my untuned before and after rotofab

That's awesome! Can't wait to see the gains, I hear these engines respond well to ported IMs it's a pretty good bang for the buck!
