I like the C7 carbon but they don’t offer the satin color anymore to match

The only small downside is that, like all other aftermarket side skirts, they have a hollow bottom and thus a knurled outer edge. (OEM ZL1 side skirts are integrated with the rocker panels and have a solid bottom.)

OEM ZL1 here! Lucked out and got a set of Hyper Blue ones from a fellow forum member. Tad on the pricey side but worth it to me!

If I didn’t already have a set, I’d go with this package and then sell off the extra parts you don’t need… or you can convert your whole set to gloss black and sell off your matte black parts

https://www.ebay.com/itm/19383541195...wAAOSwIFBf8zUn

Ps, I don’t know this seller but if it’s the real oem set, that’s a great price. And as said above, the oem is solidly built. My first set of skirts, the $200 EOS set cracked after a year. That was a total waste of time and money.

I was also wondering if ACS would handle cone impacts from auto crossing?

+1 on the c7 carbon zl1 side skirts look great and fitment is spot on. I've had mine for ~4 years and haven't had any issues. I was really afraid they would crack given they are made out of fiberglass, but they held up pretty good.

I feel like none of the other brands line up w/ the body line quite like c7 carbon.

Went with ACS. To be honest not impressed for price… got a C7 carbon rear spoiler also not impressed for price.

Wanted 19+ 1LE front splitter. After reading the factory was not to sturdy went with EOS front splitter. Decent product but great value for price

I just installed ACS rock guards and rockers on my Rapid Blue 2022 SS 1LE. I picked up my car on Saturday (2/19/22) from a dealer located approximately 225 miles from where I live. I actually installed the rock guards in the dealership parking lot before driving the car home.

I installed the ACS side rockers the following day. Monday I sent some pictures of the car to ACS since they didn't have pictures of a Rapid Blue Camaro with the ACS rock guards and rockers on the website. They already have the pictures on the site under the side rockers. Here is the link.

With all the rivets they are on there pretty snug. I suppose it is always possible to crack one. Really no different than the 1LE front spoiler. Same thing could happen to it.

Two reasons. They are meant to go together, although you can do one or the other if you like. I spoke with someone at ACS before purchasing them about that. In fact if you do both they suggest putting the rock guards on first and the the rockers so that you can get a better fit behind the front rock guard. Also the rockers don't offer any protection for the area behind the rear tire.

Thanks. I really like it! Also I wanted the side skirts because I like the look and because I like the whole black and blue theme on the car.

ZPirate I was wondering how the paint is holding up and did you add PPF at all?
