that being said 3rd gear and 4th gear is where I race at I had to build power to make up for not having a A10. Id say from 50 to 150 I'm good.

If I had it to do over again I'd get and auto I'd show the maggi sheeps the edelbrock is pretty damn fast until then I have to use Talley's 8.9 pass with and eforce and the mustang eaton/edelbrocks at the eaton shoot out as edelbrock references lol.
Jack, if this losing argument is still important to you, I’m sure I can find an M6 Maggie build to run you. Just let me know.

Not a daily driver, no track, just a toy on weekends and running errands.
If you aren't all about numbers and track focus and mainly want a fun weekend car, manual all the way IMO!

I bought a ZL1 A10 and had big regrets after driving the manual.

I hear you. I bought the A10 since I found a new one in stock at MSRP last year. I like it but don't love it. I may have to bite the bullet and order another one with an M6. We only live once.

Lol I think you're secretly wanting the M6 ZL1. Since you were gunna get a side car with a manual, you might as well use that money towards another ZL1 with the M6 and trade in the A10. You could always test drive one if there is one local to you or see if you can rent one with an M6 on Turo if they have it and really get the feel for it to solidify your decision to know if the M6 Z is truly what you want but I think it is haha. Like you said we only live once and unfortunately sometimes we don't know how long of that life we live.....so screw it and get it lol.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I think you like the A10 as it is a fantastic transmission and all but it probably just feels a little boring to you since it's an automatic. With the M6 you'll further enjoy it when throwing the gears especially at WOT, downshifting and hearing the Rev match as you approach a nice looking curve and going at it. You want something to do in the car that's more fun and entertaining for you as opposed to just hanging on the steering wheel while on the throttle letting the car do the work.

Since I don't think you track your Z at the drag strip, your gunna want the manual for more entertainment on the street for sure. The car wouldn't be your daily since you have another daily vehicle so it makes sense.

You pretty much summed it up.
