I ordered my 3LT convertible from Josh Friedman at Colonial. After those were on constraint for over three months he built me out a LT1 convertible and I was waiting for an allotment. I ended up intercepting a built car destined for Parks Chevrolet in Richmond back in June which is still in Lansing in an overflow lot.

Had I stayed with Josh, your car could have been mine! (not mad, congrats)

I have been buying cars from Josh for over 15 years. He is my go to person for anything new. I ordered a 21 Tahoe Z71 from him last summer and got it built and delivered in 3 months. He was trying to get me in on the last of the 22 allocations but he had 2 people ahead of me. I am so glad he didn’t. I hate to pay the price increase but he was able to get me everything I wanted including the PDR. The car is getting delivered with everything working and no retrofits.

i found the RPO code of SCY, it is the Dark finish tail lamps that was featured on the 2022 model year of Camaro, why would GM authority report on items that are outgoing as is for the Camaro and some of the parts you can get from the aftermarket and install them yourself or by a third-party and GM will still make the parts for a while and not to mention some constraints as is on certain parts

Painfully obvious Camaro production is winding down. All the signs are very apparent. Thankfully I'm at 3400 even though my TPW hasn't been updated recently.

I couldn't imagine having such a once in a lifetime opportunity of being able to spec out and order one of the last ICE Camaros to roll off the assembly line, then miss it simply because I just didn't pull the trigger. Those kind of regrets hang around for a lifetime.

Would you say its a little lighter? Or very similar... i was hoping for similar or darker...anything but a silver.

I have a 23 2SS Sharkskin on order too..... SO frustrating we're almost in September and not ONE example of the car on a lot with the new color....

I placed my order before we even knew what the new colors were and what old colors were being discontinued. I've never even sat in, let alone driven, a 6th gen (did sit in a 5th gen SS for 5 minutes once). This is such a weird experience not having any useful examples or experience. But this is the age we live in. I already have a silver sedan and a dark gray sedan, so I went with black so I didn't have to worry about color constraints (and i've always wanted a black sports car).

I couldn’t take waiting for my Zl1-1LE to get built anymore, IF it gets built… I bought a new, in stock, 2022 1SS-1LE M6 in Shadow Grey. Can’t wait to drive a manual again! In all honesty, hopefully the non supercharged car will keep me safer…lol. The 1LE should arrive tomorrow morning. May still purchase the ZLE if it ever gets built.
