I have this bad habit of butting into the TPW threads, but I'm glad you'll have a great car, and best of all, it will arrive just when the weather begins to show its best colors

Thank You! My plan was to try and time it with Spring, but in Indiana you just never know!

Made it to 3400 - Loaded on assembly plant computers, which is as close as we can get without being built. Maybe if we are lucky the TPW will be moved up a week. Fingers Crossed!

Dare to dream man, dare to dream.

But only if I get to come with you.
But considering they only produce Camaros at one plant (I believe), we are both in the same TPW, and we are both ordering Riverside Blue 2SS Coupe, they should probably come out relatively close together.

One can only hope, I've been following several other posters progression. I saw where just this past week one poster's car was made the last day of the week before his TPW. As you said it doesn't hurt to dream!

Kuro,

One other thing that has been feeding my excitement and you may have already done this, but there are several YouTube videos about the 2020 SS, mostly reviews that are fun to watch. Also if you search Camaro Manufacturing on YouTube there is one video (MegaFactories - National Geographic) from 2010 (I know its 5th Gen) but it shows how the Camaro is made from stamping to final inspection. Also, it is before the Camaro moved to Lansing so the plant is not the same. However, its pretty cool and will give you a good idea of what is to come for your new muscle car. There is a second video (Ultimate Factories) which is recorded in Lansing but it is in Spanish. I could not find one in English. Just a few ideas to help you kill some time and feed your excitement.

I had thought to save this 45-minute 6th gen history + manufacturing tour video before it was taken down from youtube: https://www.dropbox.com/s/u0s3pe91m1...ISODE.mp4?dl=1

Enjoy.

XNZT38,
I have seen a lot of the review and mod videos on YouTube for our cars, but not the manufacturing videos. I will definitely have to check it out. Do you happen to have a link for that MegaFactories video. I have especially been following the lethal garage YouTube channel (sledgehammer70 here on the forums) because he just so happens to live right around the corner from me. Good guy with some decent install videos for mods on our 6th gens. He and his friends also started CamaroCon, the west coast version of CamaroFest.

arpad_m,
Thanks for the other video.

Man, after watching those videos, I wish there was a way to get daily videos of your orders process. Especially since the plant says it's all built to order.
