Stabilitrak off?

Just to confirm, if you hold the "traction off" button down until both the "TC off" and "Stabiltrack off" lights are on, the stability control is FULLY disabled, right?

The wording in the owners manual is confusing because it says, "These lights are on when the vehicle is in the Competitive Driving Mode....Competitive Driving Mode allows full engine power while the StabiliTrak system helps maintain directional control of the vehicle by selective brake application."

Yeah, they’re completely off with the long hold on the TC off button. The same “off” lights are also illuminated when in PTM modes too, which is accessed with a double tap of TC off button. Yeah- can be confusing for new owners.

Read my sticky on PTM Modes for more info, as the car has 3 different systems:
1. PTM with several different settings (current new system)
2. Competitive Mode (old, pre-PTM system)
3. All off

Per the above comments, if you just hold the button down it will turn BOTH Stabilitrak and Traction Control.
Note Stabilitrak is also fully off in PTM modes Sport 2 and Race. All explained in the sticky. Cheers!
