2018 leftover or 2019 Vert 2LT RS?

Having a hard time deciding between a 2018 leftover or 2019 Convertible 2LT RS?

Are there pros and cons ?

Does anyone know a dealer that has great prices on either?

I bought my current 2014 after 2015s came out and saved about $4,000 plus tax differences.
Now when I’m going to trade I’m only going to give back $1,500 having a year older

About 4 weeks ago I bought a 2018 1LT RS V6. The deals on the 18's were 10 times better than any 2019.

2018 with lower price and much more beautiful? I’d take that any day!

I have also been looking at some 2018 leftovers. I found a 2018 1SS for 33 and a 2019 for 35K. Surprisingly there’s quite a few 2018 still left around.

Get the 19.

Better, fresher looks and it sounds better!
Buy the old car and you are already 1 model year old to start.

Just from the current owners, but that is normal human behavior.

2018 or wait to see if 2020 gets the better SEMA front end. Guaranteed the 19's would have been a lot more welcomed if it had been that front end.

People can be stubborn to change, some love change some prefer the old look and resist change. However the 2019 refresh seems to getting a lot more negative reactions than most refreshes, even from non Camaro owners/community.

So I don't think resistance to change is the big reason for the negative reactions. If it looked like the updated SEMA version of would have been more welcomed and more in line with a traditional look and evolution.

Having said that most of my info on peoples perception on the new look is anecdotal from camaro guys or other classic chevy guys so maybe the mass populus is more indifferent.

In real life it looks better and in black it looks good imo because the black number bar is body color.

Was debating between 18 and 19 now debating between early and late 19. dealer near me has several 2019 1SS in black with the new front end and the old about $600 difference between the two. I don’t hate the front as much as most people but buying black.

Indeed, the HUD requires the pricey convenience and lighting package :(
