Dealer most likely listed it as sold so no one inquires on it. Nothing to worry about.

Thanks a lot for the update! Looks like you get hit with lots of requests everyday, & you still have your regular stuff to do too.

Liked DC s "crap shoot" comment earlier too. That looks to describe the GM ordering/delivery process accurately. At two different places I worked at when younger 1982-1990) saw them bring in "efficiency experts" to make things better, but there was no improvement, or things seemed to get worse.

What's the accuracy of the ETAs listed on Chevys website nowadays? Supposedly arriving today according to Chevy, but wouldn't you know it, this is the day my sales guy is off so I can't really bug him to check the OnStar tracker.
