I was under the impression the order wasn't picked up until the parts were ready and once it says "built" its actually completed and just waiting on a rail car out of there. I think the biggest issue is just having the cars to fill the train that is going to whatever location. If you live out in the middle of nowhere and nowhere I would assume the trains don't go there as often and its not as profitable for GM to just put one car on a shipment.

Mine should be delivered around Atlanta so I am not sure what is taking it so long, there are quiet a few high volume Camaro dealers that I am aware of around here.

Yes in theory VinView will update better than just regular Global Connect. Only the ordering dealer can look it up through VinView. I would trust that a little more.

In theory the Interest commencement date is a good way to have an idea of when to expect the car. Before covid it was usually within a couple of days now it seems like you said usually within weeks.

The Int Com is the date that the dealer will start paying interest on the car. They finance it until sold.
