Used Chat Bot to request an advisor. Ask for status code update they say they stopped giving code updates because it creates confusion for the customer.

Yeah, I was able to get the status code from chat before it went to 3800, but the last time I called they said just check with your dealer and said it was in transit. This conflicts with what DC said though.

I appreciate him looking up the orders for us, but it chat would provide the code it would be less work on him.
