FYI - you can go to chevrolet.com between 7am-9pm EST (excluding Sundays) and request your order status from the chat bot. It will ask you for your 6-character order code, then connect you with a person who can check with the fulfillment center for your status.

I just contacted an advisor via the chat bot and was told

"Raviana at 7:23, Apr 11: Your vehicle is in transit. From this point, your dealer is in the best position to provide estimated delivery times. Thank you for your patience."


I asked for the VIN and was told "Raviana at 7:28, Apr 11: Your dealership is able to provide the VIN as the delivery date becomes closer." making this contact via the chat bot a complete waste of time!

Maybe it's not as useful to you since your car is already built and in transit. I think many of us are still awaiting a build date, though.


This was the response I got: "The target production week is 04/17/2023. This date is subject to change. Is there anything else I may help you with at this time?"
