Could be wrong but my guess is because the "delivered" it to GM. As in reported it sold. If not that I'm not sure.

Thanks again DC for helping out here. Can you please give a status code and ETA for BMKXJP? Dealer seems to think it's on it's way so I'm hoping something has changed.
