Whipple with LT4 Fueling & Headers makes 657rwhp

Picked up the car today from being tuned by Kaizenspeed. Great group of guys with great service.

Made 657hp/650tq 5th gear pull on a Dyno Dynamics.

Here are the mods:

Whipple Gen 3 with 3.50" upper pulley
LT4 HPFP and Injectors
Zl1 Intank Pump
Texas Speed 1 7/8 headers with high flow catted connection pipes
RotoFab Dry
92 Octane Pump Gas

Prior car dynos:

385 rwhp stock, 530 rwhp Whipple with canned tune from Whipple, both done in 5th gear on a DynoJet. Whipple dyno pull was low as IATs were around 138 and timing was being pulled.

Yep, going to the track next weekend. DA will likely be around 4,000 which is consistent with the previous track days with the Whipple. Previously my trap speed was 123.6, the new trap speed under similar conditions will be my judge.

Yep, I would highly recommend them. After I get to the track, I need to send them the logs so they can further refine the shift points to make sure I am getting the maximum results.

Thanks. Kaizenspeed really got it dialed in for me. Definitely running strong, need to get some different rear tires for the street, full throttle pulls with the stock tires are interesting to say the least.

What do you think the biggest contributors are for the 127hp gain over the stock whipple tune? Were they the same dynos?

Its got to be a big difference in driving experience from the stock whipple tune to now, what do you think, impressions?

Can you tell when the by-pass valve is closing around 2500-3000 rpm?
