Tony’s porting OEM TBs so a dealer would not know without taking it apart. And unless you have a stock one side by side they probably couldn’t even tell.

Not sure why I did not think of that. Very true they would never know!

The TM TB will clean up the throttle tip in. The only reason I bought it was to see if it would help my wife stop killing the engine and yes it did. Throttle response is much better. I can add some real world numbers to a TM TB and a Roto Fab CAI. 597HP and 595TQ. The two together are worth 40-45HP on my stock 2018 no tune.

I have a TM TB that I bought used from a member on here. This is what I'll say as a blanket statement. Any power adder that only adds minimal power will not be felt. In my experience you need to put at least 30RWHP to feel a difference so this TB that might add a few horses will not feel like a 100 shot of NOS.

Here is my experience. I have an A10 and when I'm cruising and abiding by all the traffic laws I can feel the low end power it brings in. At times the A10 will shift a bit if you aren't using the gas a lot to make sure you have enough TQ to get the car in or out of what you doing. With the TB the under the power curve is felt a bit and my car does not need to shift much anymore when applying minimal amounts of gas. At WOT I can't tell the difference it still feels like the starting of star wars and the stars become a blur.

You may not be able to feel it, but the dyno shows it's there.

On an otherwise stock car? Can you point to that?

You do not need 30 HP or 15 HP to feel the impact of a mod like a TB. Improved throttle response can be felt due to a more efficient delivery of air into the engine, even if the dyno needle doesn't move much.

I think it's a must for the M6, maybe not as noticeable with the auto.

By any chance is there a flow comparison between the Mamo ported and an out of the box 102mm TB?

I’d like to know this as well. I’m considering having the SC ported and I have the TM TB right now and would rather just use that then buy another, more expensive unit.

Have you seen this video? I'm guessing the TM TB will be sufficient for a ported SC. You may get a little more using a 102 (vs. the ~87 TM) but I don't think it'd be worth the price tag IMHO.

I installed the Mamo ported TB as my first mod, on an A10. Really did not notice any difference in throttle response nor anything on the butt dyno. In past vehicles I have noticed much more of a difference.
