Dose Boost gauge come with 3Lt package?

Looking at 3LT package wondering if it comes with boost gauge with the 4-cylinder manual trans?

I think it actually might because of the upgraded dash cluster. I believe the gauge in the dash is really small as well. I wouldn't put to much emphasis on it though. The gauge will loose it's luster over time and you probably won't care to look at it anymore.
