Yep, lifting the lock a bit like you said allowed me to get at the clips on the side of it, and boom it came out easy after that. Thanks a million.

I love it when a plan comes together! Great to hear. You're most certainly welcome.

Quick update - when I went to put the white wire (pinned) back into the connector, it would only go in about half way, wouldn't click in, no matter how hard I pushed it, so I couldn't put the lock back in. The white wire is too thick as-is.

After fighting with it for a while, I cut the copper thickness down, repinned it, and it finally clicked in. It wasn't pretty and I probably could have added a slightly smaller wire in between but I didn't have one and things seem to be working fine.

With the addition of the jms what general rule of thumb for rwhp can be supported?

Yeah, that white wire is a fatty. I forgot to mention I had taken a very small file an made the white plastic part a little thinner for that one pin to get it to snap in. What you did should work fine though.

From discussing things with some tuners, on E60 you can get up to around 675 wheel without any issue. The high side is where you have problems (need a cam w/fuel lobe). If you decide to toss on a blower and cam, you can make around 850whp on 93 octane. Unless you are wanting to run E at higher horsepower levels, I'm not sure the low side really needs anything else, and at that point you likely need injectors as well for the added flow if wanting to run E over 700whp. Just my .02 cents.

My low side has been easily keeping up with high side on 93 octane with around 200+ whp over stock. Based on injector timing and high/low fuel pressure I assume it could another 100 whp and still be ok, again on 93. Most of the time though when hitting 800+ whp I start to see meth/water get involved on stock fuel system on 93 octane.

Mine is on all the time, that I've had the patience to look at anyway. I contacted JMS and sent them the model/date for my unit This was because the directions state that a "GM Specific" booster is required because the FSCM has power to it all the time (about 1/2 way down on pg 2 of instructions). My concern was that I may have gotten a non-GM specific booster and would run down the battery.
They responded quickly and said all models now have GM programming.

Well I'll chime in and say it's been over two years since I installed my JRE 125 flex package and it's been a fun 35,000 miles of daily driving. I've had zero issues out of this setup.

Are you able to see the "E" content with your i dash? and how long did it take you to get used to what percent of E to use VS premium etc?
