2LT or 1SS?
Out of the two which would get the cheaper price for a USED value? Thinking of getting a fully loaded V6 or a 1SS.

2LT has more convenience and comfort options included. It really depends about what you value more, engine or comfort. I chose 2LT w/ convenience package, sunroof, nav, etc.

I would take a loaded 2LT over a 1SS any day. I prefer creature comforts over power.
I did just that with my 2010 2LT RS could have has a 1SS for the same price but I wanted the extra goodies.

If you need the creature comforts spring for the 2LT. I did. Nice vehicle to have. If you need the raw power then go that route. BUT if you need both get the 2SS. Trust me, you’ll sleep better at night.

See your point. Still, it might be doable during this last quarter. Stay on the sites (car gurus, autotrader, cars.com) you may find what your looking for. I seen several just over or at 30k, if the amount of miles isn’t a big issue.

I found at least five (2016) on cars.com at 31k to 26.5k.Granted, the 26k has 78k miles but the others had pretty descent miles on them (16k-34k). (Zip: 20120)

The 1SS is really nice and has significantly higher performance capabilities in every metric. I consider it to be the sweet spot in the Camaro line-up, but I also prefer performance over everything else. I can't think of any "must have" options the 2LT has over the 1SS.

Consider all the great advice given in this thread, but at the end of the day, you need to ask yourself what it is that you really want (a Camaro isn't really about needs, after all). If it's V8 power and rumble, get the SS, otherwise the LT will make you happy, it's a great car. Also if you're willing to take a higher mileage car, try to find a '16 or '17 2SS under $30K and you will have no regrets whatsoever.
Just be brutally honest with yourself. I tried to rationalize a 2LT and it didn't work---however great it handled and was turning in good fuel economy, the V8 was still calling me.
