I was hoping it had the 2002 sunset orange look, but it had a brown hue to it that I didn’t like. I wish GM would have kept the Orange Crush as an option, but a lot of decisions they’ve made lately with the Camaros have been terrible so I’m not surprised.
I did see a VO at the dealership where I have the White on reserve. I didn't pay Super close attention to it, but it was perfectly fine to me, and nothing about the color offended me. I'll head to another dealer today provided they actually do have a VO on the lot as advertised, and give it a good once over before I make a decision on color.

Under dealer lights VO looked a bit ho-hum brownish. Although, I’m sure it looks better in the sunlight, especially in 1LE form. VO definitely needs black accents…it’s a bit boring without them.
Same as Rapid blue IMO, they need the black accents to tone down their color to something more palatable. Both colors work well with the 1LE package, they need it in a sense.

Orange with black accents looks too much like a Halloween pumpkin for me.

Definitely not for everyone. Fortunately for everyone else, I'll be the only one driving it if I grab it.

Damn that shade really pops! I will admit that GM does not have the best shade of each color that's on the Camaro. I'm saddened the green is gone from the lineup as it looks great in pics but I've never seen it in person.

Luckily there's white and black, because that's idiot proof. I also do not like any shade of the grays right now. It's either too dark or too light as a gray for my tastes.

I like the Vivid Orange because it's toned down some with a copper hue to it. Reminds me of SOM or Atomic Orange from back in the day.

Both great colors. The Summit White with all the contrasting black trim gives it that Storm Trooper look. Looks great with some red calipers and maybe some red seat belts. As mentioned, this is pretty much a timeless combo.

The Vivid Orange is pretty striking, especially in the sun. I like it now, but I wonder if I will like it a year from now. I see it with red calipers sometimes and it doesn't really go well IMO, I would probably leave the calipers black with VOM.

I think Wild Cherry is the best red they ever did, too bad they killed it already. The best silver they ever did was Satin Steel Metallic and they killed it as well. Sometimes they need to leave what is working alone.

Funny thing. White ETA was 19th. Just arrived today. Actually got the call when I just arrived at the dealership with the VO, which is slated for the 13th. I was going to get the VO and lock it down, but now I kind of feel like bird in the hand is worth more than 2 in the bush situation. I'm not going to pass on a car that's physically here. Since I'm already at the VO dealership, I'm just going to lock it in as plan B if there's anything wrong with the white one, or I just don't fall in love with it, I'll go with orange. VO does look great, and it looked good in the low-light dealership showroom
