Thumbs up Stainless Steel Brake Lines @ Phastek Performance

NOW AVAILABLE!!

In-stock and ready to ship!!

FREE SHIPPING @ Phastek Performance!!

Upgrade your factory rubber brake lines to the Performance Brake lines from Phastek Performance. These Performance Brake Lines are made with an inner Teflon hose wrapped in stainless steel armor with an overlying layer of abrasion-resistant plastic. These Performance Brake lines will reduce any brake fade that you might incur during a hard track event or even heavy stop and go traffic by reducing the swelling of the factory rubber brake lines. These stainless steel braided lines use high quality steel fittings to prevent any corrosion and are also DOT compliant, MVSS-106 certified. The lines will fit directly in the factory location using steel hangers with a rubber grommet to prevent any metal to metal contact. These performance brake lines are extremely resistant to impact from road debris when compared to the factory rubber line which is susceptible to cracking or tearing with any road debris contact. These lines are rated in excess of 6000psi where the factory rubber brake lines are rated for 1200psi. The extra resistance that these lines can withstand allow for maximum pedal feel under hard braking or extreme conditions.

Features:
  • Hose construction - Inner teflon hose wrapped in braided stainless steel armor with an overlying layer of abrasion-resistant plastic.
  • End fitting construction - High-quality steel fittings, corrosion-resistant with DOT-compliant collar to protect fitting-to-hose junction.
  • Pressure capability - Tested in excess of 6000PSI
  • DOT compliance - MVSS-106 certified
  • Mounting Attachments- Rubber-grommeted steel mounts that bolt into the factory locations.
  • Protection - Stainless steel braided armor is extremely resistant to impact from rocks and other road debris as well as rubbing wear from suspension components.
  • Lifespan - Essentially lifetime
  • Function - Greater pressure capability means less expansion under pressure, which results in a firmer pedal, better pedal modulation and control, and insignificant change due to elevated temperature levels from track or race use.
  • Made in the USA

Do these fit both the 4pot and 6pot Brembos, or just the 4?

Right now we have just confirmed the 4 piston. I have looked at the 6 piston and they look like they will fit but I have not put a set on to confirm. Once I do confirm, I will update with pics.

Not yet, but I have seen the ZL1 lines and they look the same. Length was the same just not sure about the fittings on the factory line.

The ZL1 we had did not want to upgrade to steel lines just yet. Only 900 miles on the car at the time.

The lines measure the same but I have not been able to line up a 1LE to confirm that the bolts are the same size. I hope to have an answer very soon though.

The lines measure to be the same. Everything is showing that they should fit no issues. I can not say 100% for sure since we have not done it yet but I am 95% sure that there will be no issues.

As for the Yellow brake lines, unfortunately we will not have those.
