I agree, was ready to trade in my 11 for a 16 months ago, but kept seeing the same quality issues popping up on this forum. My 11 runs great so why take the chance? When I see the issues dwindle then i will reconsider.

That is what I saw glaring to me. GM sales in only a handful of models are in the positive. A few borderline but most are down. So it's not just a Camaro thing.

It could be the economy swinging, but I think GM needs to get with the program and starting offering good incentives and rebates.

That is fine, that's why I have a daily driver Accord for the golf courses. Plus, with a bunch of folks hacking the ball, I'll rather not drive it to a golf course anyways.

For mini vacay's.. it should fit inside laying horizontally on the back seats.
Why not put the back seat down then the clubs will fit in your trunk.

Yep. The fourth gen Camaro kicked the Mustang's a$$ performance wise at the time. We all know what the end result was.

I wasn't expecting a sales spike (2 less selling days this May). But Holy Jeez, this looks bad.

If they have to rely on rebates and incentives, their products aren't priced and configured correctly.

True!

Regardless, I don't want to take a V8 muscle beast to the golf course.. that's what my Accord is for

Don't see why there's such a competition of who sold more. At the end of the day I have the faster, better performing, more techy car. Congrats to mustang but I honestly see 20+ a day and when I had my 16 I was just a number. I can't say anything about looks because it's subjective but I'll tell you I have gotten way more looks at my camaro in the 2 weeks of ownership than my 16 5.0 ever got

I think for a few people here, we are just confused as to why there wasn't a large sales spike. The car is better than the previous car in almost every way. All the magazines have gone gaga over it. Yet It hasn't translated into sales.

It can no doubt, unless their margins are so good and they are happy selling fewer Camaros for more $$ vs. more for less. I'll go for the idea of less work for same profit over more work for same profit any day.

A couple months ago GM was reporting record profits if I recall, so....

Agreed. The enthusiasts are mainly buying the SS because of its large advantage over the 5.0 the people who just want a cheap sports car are buying the v6 mustang and ecoboost because the price advantage. My opinion of course
