Mine was $44k truly out the door, so $41k before all the fees isn't bad at all, depending on your tax rate. They're not going to get much cheaper than that, GM is going to figure out that they aren't able to keep these cars on the lots very long.

I think only the standard 1ss and 2ss models will get the big discounts at the end of the year this year. I think the 1LE's will sell out before that happens. Just my gut feeling based on how fast they sell here.

Side note: If I'm understanding you correctly OP, you want to refi after buying the car. I'd advise you not to do that IF you finance it the first time. You'll end up paying off the interest from your initial finance term then roll over the negative equity into your next note; which will increase your interest rate since Loan to Value will be through the roof.

TL;DR If you re-fi your newly financed vehicle you'll pay for 2x the interest.

GM-Employee on a SS 1LE w/ PDR is $42,700..... FYI.
