There are a couple overlay pictures, but no decent side by sides that I know of
Also, by convention C5 & C6 refer to 5th & 6th generation Corvettes not Camaros. GM seems to refer to the 6th gen Camaro as 'Camaro Six', but most of us will still probably use '6th gen' as the shorthand, just as we used 5th gen for the previous car.

Here's a SS/1LE with a group of 6th gens and an ATS-V, it was posted in the photo sub section a few days ago: http://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=409763

not going to lie took a quick glance at that photo and couldnt point out the sixth gen....I honestly had to look at it for a minute to notice it.
Im going to blame it on the 6th gen in the front being boring...I mean silver and fen beat me to it! |

See below.
Gen5, Gen6, 6Gen, 5Gen... please, OP, don't confuse things by using Corvette nomenclature when referring to Camaros.

Same. I was not able to immediately tell which one was the 6th gen until i started looking at the lower grille of the cars and saw the vertical LEDs. I would imagine the SS will resemble the 1LE even more.

it's interesting how the LT looks wider in the front end than the 5thgen, even though it's not and the fenders are flared.

Is it really that difficult to type "5th gen" or "6th gen"? If you really don't have the energy or time to type "all" that, then why not F5 or F6?

It would seem that "Camaro Six" is what GM has taken to calling it.
Calling the 5th gen the "C5" and the new car the "C6" is always, always going to get you corrected, even by non GM/Camaro folks. It doesn't matter what circle you run in, Mopar, Ford, import, JDM, etc..anything with "C" is a Corvette. It seems most people just go with "5th gen" or "6th gen" for the 2010-2015's and 2015+, anything before that is either "F body" or their normal generations. |
