How much did you gain with a BTR3 and was it through your TH400/350 (I can't remember which you had), or through the M6?

Wow!! The more I see about these new TSP cams the more I'm beginning to change my mind on which cam to go with.

My car is going to get retune pretty soon because I didn't like the gains(58whp) and he is going to fix the stalling issue as soon as he fixes the stack on his dynojet. I think that his dynojet was failing, a cammed gen C7 corvette only put 457 at the wheels, according to the dyno sheets he has posted from his customers cars on his facebook page, some people were getting crazy dyno #s as well some not to crazy #s.

Anyways, my muffler guy just install the resonated magnaflow x pipe and replaced the exhaust butterflies that were rattling like jingle bells with regular exgaust pipes. The car sounds good, and it muffled the sound alot, I would recommend the magnaflow resonated x pipe to anyone that wants to quite down their car.

Thank Goodness, 58 HP gain is way low. I got 75-80 HP out of my old TSP VVT 3 version. I expect 450 Hp or 460 Hp at the most with your new tune.

I'm looking at doing this same setup next winter, plan to run the tsp headers and full exhaust, Hennessey cold air kit, and the cam. Those that have this setup in auto seem happy? I won't need injectors or anything?

If you get the vvt2 and above u need a torque converter. The vvt cam install kit comes with everything excep the trunions. The oe rockers are great there is no need to replace them. To me the sound that the cam made was obnoxious (most people liked it) I replaced the magnaflow x pipe with a resonated x pipe of the same brand. The sound is mellowed with no drone or rasp.

I got the retune, the car 435whp and torque at 383. The tranny was retune also. The tuner told me that the highstall converter and 3.91 gears affects the dynojet numbers. He also told me that automatics suck on the dyno. My car shifts really quick at 6700rpm when on manual mode (no delay). I also tested it against an cammed ls3 with the ss3 cammed. I would say no more and I am very happy with the results.
