There are four things I REALLY miss about Michigan...
#1: NO FRONT LICENSE PLATES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
#2: NO SAFETY INSPECTIONS or EMISSION TEST
(You pay a registration fee on your birthday and that's it my friends.)
#3: Knowing where the hell I'm at, at any given moment.
#4: Family (They can come see me where I'm at. Michigan can't)

Oh ya, since this thread is about what I did with my Camaro today,...

I'm about to go wash it and clean the windows. Amazing how dirty they get.

And because I didn't see this thread until today... I was messing around with a guy driving a Porsche Cayman S and I found out a couple interesting things.

#1. Even if your wife supports you in your fond wishes and tire smoke dreams, it doesn't mean she'll make a good, or quiet, passenger while you engage in play time.......

#2. My 1LE kept up with that guy no problem. I was very impressed with my car and myself. Even if my wife was not.

Just thought I'd share.

Repainted the bottom left part of my rear bumper where I backed it up into the tractor... Luckily my exhaust tip took most the impact and there's only some dime size paint chips in it. Will look good as new in a few hours

Thanks for the good words on the underhood mods. It's just a start. Right now it ain't looing too pretty. Might have a bit to do with the RGB halo installation. I better get back out to the garage.
Oh man, am I familiar with THAT look! Ugh...although I never took the wheels off. Got pretty good at getting the car to that point and back, lol

I hit fuel cut on the highway earlier today... time to get exhaust, I didn't realize where I was in the RPM range compared to where I thought I was.

Got her safely back into the garage after a 2,567 mile trip and 8 days sitting out in the pouring rain in upstate NY. Lot of cleanup to do. Averaged 22.9 mpgs for the whole trip (approx. 80% interstate at 70 to 75 mph) and she ran great!
