I stand corrected. I misunderstood and thought he was talking about the battery in is fob being dead.

I'm probably being dense, but how do I open the key fob to replace the battery? Page 33 of the manual was vague about it.

It looks to me like you pull the key blade out then use a flat tool to pry it apart from the hole that the blade came from.
