Yeah, the feature is disabled by default (why, oh why, GM?). Go to Settings > Vehicle > Comfort and Convenience > Reverse Tilt Mirror, set it to "On - Driver and Passenger" and enjoy.

Bought those same ones when my '23 was arriving as every vehicle prior I've always had convex mirrors of some sort. Found that with side mirrors adjusted well, the camera-based center rearview, and backup camera, they just aren't needed. I find the '23 far better in terms of side an rear view than my '15.

Probably will swap the 2" round convex on my '15 out for these ones (above)

Yes this can be disabled in menus. I have it turned off on my car.

I didn't attach anything to the side mirrors. Instead, I used a clip-on wide angle rear-view mirror in my 1LT. The video mirror in my 3LT eliminated the need for that, though.
