I thought it was stated by the Camaro team that the hood couldn't be swapped to an SS without also swapping the front fenders. This was at Camaro Factory Fest in ~2016. Does the hood fit well as is with the SS fenders?

Looks great!

I'm not sure about the hood, but I know the OEM ZL1 front bumper cover will not fit the SS fenders.

Thanks the hood fits no issues I have a little larger gap up front but that will be fixed once I install the OEM ZL1 bumper cover.

Actually that is not true all that is needed is a small bracket that adjusts the fenders out less than a 1/4" and I will be good to go. Gen5DIY is making the brackets (GEN5 DIY has a ZL1 in house as well as they have an OEM ZL1 bumper and a I4 Camaro they did testing with to confirm no issues)

I already have the bumper cover just need to have it painted next month,
