Did you go anywhere recently that was haunted? Sometimes ghosts follow you home. Did a friend or family member pass away recently? When my mother died 1 1/2 months later on my birthday she knocked a picture off my bedroom door while I was sleeping. The nail it was on was painted on solid still can’t move it. Only time it fell off it 40 years
