Daytona August 1st
I'm heading to Daytona August 1st for a TNiA event.
Ive got a white '18 ZL1 with a black stripe and will be in the intermediate group. Was looking to go to Road Atlanta but this came up and is less then 2hrs away and last time at Daytona we got rained shortened and didn't get as much time as I wanted on track. Any pointers would be appreciated. I'm pretty sure stay in the gas longer and brake later and harder would be about right lol. |

As you said, way less brake, way more gas in about every corner. On the banking, foot to the floor out of the bus stop until the start finish... It takes man sized balls, but there is no need to lift unless you are on pure shit tires..

Thanks so much. Your video at the Firm was really good for me to watch as well. Appreciated.
Ill assume the same for Nascar 1 and 2 to the "3" or just a little after before the bus stop. The big thing for me is I'm not used to the physical feeling of braking that hard. Ill work on it when I'm there. My cars all stock expect for the SRF DOT 4 brake fluid btw. Appreciated! |
