if i could ever get a friday night off work that it doesnt rain i plan to pull the abs fuses and clutch dump at 5k and see what the car does, slowly releasing the clutch basically causes a bog situation, and my last outing with a 4k clutch dump resulted in a 1.8 60ft and a 12.1 in a stock ss on a slick,i think with a proper high rpm clutch dump on an m6 car on a slick a 1.7 60ft and dipping into the 11's is possible,im shotting for a 1.6 60ft on a 5k dump with suspension but we shall see.

I took it that you guys are launching at a certain RPM. And I'm saying instead of that maybe try feathering it from idle.

This is NOT a ZL1 only issue. Several of us ProCharged M6 owners have had issues getting the cars to launch hard. The best I've heard of is a 1.54 60' on slicks. I've been 1.75 60' on 28" Hoosiers. All of my TQ management settings are maxed out. Currently we're searching for the clutch protection parameters to "hopefully" allow us to really hit the tire. Since my car revs to 5K rpm in gear with the clutch depressed, I hold it there and slip the clutch out to get my best 60' times. I have yet to figure out where I can bring that down to allow me to just side ste the clutch.
There seems to be a whole bunch of stuff tied into these cars that keep us from trying to break parts.

I don't know about the ZL1 guys, but my ProCharger car will just do a 100' burnout with the slicks if I try to launch like this.

My 2018 ZL1 A10 with custom tunes will pull timing at launch too. Cant get below 1.7 no matter what buttons I push or how I do burnout. I can see it in my tune. Pulls all the timing as soon as I hammer down. Tuner suggested pulling the Stab/TC fuses. Never mentioned the ABS fuse pull. Are they different fuses?
