My experience with THATGMPARTSGUY
Tried to order the Dark LED Tail Lights for my new 2016 Camaro for over a week from my dealer. They wanted to charge me $496.00 (that was with employee discount as I work there), could not guarantee or even guess at the delivery date, and told me there was no return policy if they arrived damaged.
 Called THATGMPARTSGUY, he answered right away and let me know he had 60 or so in stock, took my payment over the phone, and was cheaper than my employee price  . Awesome customer service, shipped exactly when he said they would and I am very much looking forward to installing them on Monday. Just thought I'd share that a dealership employee was happy with his service, more so than my own parts department!

I had previously ordered from Cultrag. Was getting jerked around so I canceled and reordered with GMPARTSGUY. Amazing customer service could not be happier. Lights shipped that day. Got them in and opened them up. They where all scratched up.. DAMIT! Emailed GMPARTS guy with some pic of the scratches. He immediately emailed me back apologizing! He overnighted me a new set that he personally looked at that are scratch free and a return postage for the ones I had. I have been dealing with aftermarket companies for a 15 years and I can say without a doubt that GMPARTSGUY has been the best experience. I will be buying all my future parts from them and would recommenced them to anyone. What people say about them is 100% true.

Cultrag was awful, cancelled with them...Called gmpartsguy (Matt) bought over the phone got tracking within hours. He got my business from now on. Highly recommend it.

love him! already ordered my smoked tails, clear side markers and oem third brake light and got all of them quick and even got a lil love letter as well lol

My dark tails were shipped the same day and arrived packed to perfection two days later.
